APPLICATION

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Real Estate Agent at the Diamond 5 Group, you will tenaciously prospect for, qualified seller and buyer leads  and follow up with them. You will schedule appointments with qualified prospects and conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations. You will write and negotiate contracts.

  • Best practice: in-office from 8:30-11 M-F and usually on appointments, open houses, or prospecting the afternoons.
  • Building and managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our CRM.
  • Scheduling of appointments, e-mail communication, and outbound calling

Qualifications and Skills

  • Real estate experience not required; must have or be willing to obtain a Tennessee Real Estate license, at their cost.
  • We provide training, coaching, and an abundance of resources to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.
  • Candidate must be team oriented, learning based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed.
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to prioritize workload, ability to anticipate problems, to find solutions, and to meet deadlines, and demonstrating past experience in using good judgement and initiative is a must
